Websites, apps, custom CRMs and the marketing that feeds them — designed, built and run without handing you between vendors.
Every build ships with the numbers wired in. Config replaces the long back-and-forth of manual reporting.
Hosting, certificates and monitoring handled, so the thing you paid for is running when your customers arrive.
Deployed on edge networks so a site in Karachi loads the same in London or Dallas.
Where the work sits across a typical quarter.
A single pipeline from first sketch to the screen your staff open every morning.
Four disciplines kept in house, which is why the pieces actually talk to each other.
Marketing sites, storefronts and landing pages built from scratch. No page-builder bloat.
iOS and Android from one codebase, built to work on a bad signal because that is where users are.
Software shaped like your business instead of a vendor's opinion of it.
Google and Meta run against real outcomes, with tracking wired into the systems we build.
Four disciplines under one roof. Take one, or take the set and let them share a single codebase, a single design language and a single team.
Marketing sites, storefronts and landing pages, designed around the one thing you need a visitor to actually do. Built from scratch — no page-builder bloat, no theme you have to fight.
iOS and Android from one codebase, or native where it genuinely matters. Built to work on a bad connection, because that is where your users actually are.
Off-the-shelf systems make you work their way. We build around how your team already operates — the roles, the approvals, the numbers you argue about at month end.
Campaigns run against real outcomes, not impressions. Tracking wired into the systems we build, so you can follow a click all the way to money in the bank.
Three ways to engage, depending on whether you need a thing built, a thing run, or a team that plugs into yours.
A defined build with a written scope, a fixed price and a delivery date. Best when you know what you want made.
A monthly block of design, build and marketing hours. Best when the thing exists and needs to keep moving.
Our developers and designers working inside your process, your tools, your standups. Best when you have a team and need more of it.
You always know which one we are on.
A call, then a written plan with what is included, what it costs and when it lands. Nothing starts until you have read it.
Screens you can click through before a line of code exists. Changes here are free; changes later are not.
Weekly builds you can open yourself. You watch it come together rather than waiting for a reveal.
Hosting, domains, certificates and the boring parts handled. You get the keys and a written handover.
Fixes, changes and monitoring on a retainer, or a clean handoff to your own team. Your choice.
Tell us what you are trying to build and we will come back with a plan.
A few we can show. Others sit behind NDAs — ask and we will walk you through them on a call.
A call-delivery portal for a lead-generation business. Clients sign in to see every call delivered to them, listen to recordings, track each dialer agent, order more calls and upload payment proof — instead of messaging the owner all day.
Commerce builds with checkout, stock and reporting wired together, so the dashboard numbers match the bank.
Apps for teams away from a desk — offline first, syncing when they get signal, built so a phone is enough.
Search and social campaigns with conversions traced back through the client's own system, not just the ad platform.
We will show you the live systems and what they cost to run.
No account managers relaying messages, no juniors learning on your budget. You talk to the people building the thing.
Four positions we do not move on, because they are the reason projects land.
Code, accounts, domains and data are yours from day one. No licence, no lock-in, no hostage situation.
Fixed price against a written scope. If something is not in it, we say so before we build it, not after.
Weekly builds you can open. Progress is a link you click, not a percentage in an email.
Documented, readable, standard tools. Any competent developer can pick it up if you ever move on.
Rehman started Revenant after years running Google Ads campaigns and then building the systems that had to handle what those campaigns produced. Most studios do one or the other. Doing both is the reason the pieces fit together here.
He still sits in every scope call. If you work with us, you talk to him early and often — not to an account manager reading from a brief.
Boring, proven tools. We pick what a future developer will recognise, not what looks clever in a pitch.
Send over what you are working on and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right studio for it.
Four questions. It builds a brief as you go, so the first reply you get is a plan rather than a questionnaire.
Sending is not wired up yet — this is the interface.
Unedited, other than trimming for length. Where a client asked to stay unnamed we have said so rather than inventing a logo.
Averaged across every project we have closed. We ask for a review at handover, not while you still need something from us.
Six weeks from the first call to our clients logging in themselves. They check their own numbers now, our evenings are our own again, and we have taken on double the volume without hiring a single extra admin. It changed how the business runs, not just how it looks.
Filter by the kind of work if you want to see something specific.
They understood the dialer side before writing any code. That never happens. The agent scoreboard alone paid for the build.
Our old site took nine seconds to open on a phone. The new one is under two and the enquiries doubled without spending a rupee more on ads.
First agency that showed us cost per sale instead of cost per click. Took a month to set the tracking up properly but it was worth the wait.
Our riders work in areas with no signal. The app queues everything and syncs later, exactly as they promised in the scope call.
They pushed back on half the things we asked for and explained why. The build was smaller and better than what we had planned.
Handover was the best part. Documented, standard tools, and our own developer picked it up in a week without calling them once.
Ask and we will put you in touch with a client doing something similar to you.
Small senior team, real ownership, no timesheets. If you want your work in front of users instead of in a backlog, read on.
Four things we protect, because they are what made us want to start this in the first place.
You take a piece end to end and your name is on it. No one rewrites it behind you a week later.
We care what shipped, not how many hours you sat there. Work the hours that suit your head.
Everyone here can build. You will not spend your week unblocking someone or explaining git.
Courses, conferences and machines on us. If it makes you better at the craft, ask and it is usually yes.
Click a role to see the detail. If nothing fits but you think you should be here, apply anyway and say why.
Two paid internships a year, one intake in spring and one in autumn. You work on real client projects with a senior person beside you, and we hire from this pool first.
Two weeks end to end. We will not leave you waiting without a reply.
Send your work. A portfolio, a repo, a live product — anything we can actually look at beats a CV.
Thirty minutes with whoever leads that discipline. You ask as many questions as we do.
A small real task, four hours, paid at your day rate. No unpaid take-homes and nothing we ship.
Decision within three days, offer in writing, start date whenever your notice allows.
Nothing long. We would rather see one thing you built than three paragraphs about yourself.
Sending is not wired up yet — this is the interface.
Notes from real builds. No listicles, no reposted news — just what worked, what did not, and what it cost to find out.
Four clients in a row paid for licences they used ten percent of, then paid us again to work around the rest. Here is the arithmetic that changed our minds.
How to feed offline conversions back into Google so bidding chases sales instead of clicks.
WebsitesWhat actually makes a site slow in Pakistan, and the four fixes that get you under two seconds on 3G.
CRMThe cheapest feature we ever built, and why every system touching money should have one.
AppsDesigning for the moment the signal drops, using a delivery app as the worked example.
WebsitesA year-two comparison of a builder site against a custom build, in hosting, speed and hours.
CRMWhen a progressive web app is genuinely enough, and the three cases where it is not.
What we shipped and what it taught us. No newsletter theatre.
Straight answers, including the ones about money.
Send us a brief, however rough. We reply with questions, then a call of about twenty minutes with whoever would lead the work. After that you get a written scope with a fixed price and a delivery date. Nothing is charged until you accept it.
A marketing site is usually three to five weeks. An app or a custom system is eight to twenty, depending on how many user types it has. The written scope commits to a date, and if we slip we tell you the week it happens, not at the end.
Yes. Most of our work is for clients in the UK, the Gulf and the US. We keep overlapping hours with your working day and everything is agreed in writing, so distance has not been a problem.
The people building it. There is no account manager relaying messages, which is the main reason things move quickly.
Websites typically start around $3,500 and rise with complexity. Apps and custom systems usually sit between $9,000 and $35,000. Marketing runs on a monthly retainer from $600 a month plus your ad spend. Every project gets a fixed number in writing before it starts.
Split across milestones — typically forty percent to start, thirty at design sign-off, thirty at launch. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Bank transfer, Wise or card.
We price the change and you decide before we build it. You will never get an invoice for something you did not approve, and small things stay free — we do not bill for a colour change.
You do, from day one. Code, domains, hosting accounts and data are in your name. There is no licence and no lock-in, and if you leave we hand everything over documented.
React and Next.js on the front, Laravel or Node with PostgreSQL behind, Flutter or React Native for mobile. Deliberately boring, widely known tools, so any competent developer can pick your project up later.
Usually. We will audit what exists first and tell you honestly whether extending it or replacing it is cheaper over two years. Sometimes the answer is that you should keep what you have.
Cloudflare or AWS in most cases, in your own account so the bill and the control are yours. We set it up, monitor it, and document how to reach it.
Thirty days of fixes included after launch. After that you either take a monthly retainer or take the keys and run it yourself — both are fine and we will not make the second one difficult.
Yes, and we build expecting it. Documented setup, readable code, standard tools, plus a handover session with your developers.
Monitoring alerts us before it alerts you on most failures. Retainer clients get an emergency line; project clients get next working day unless you take a support agreement.
Nothing matches that. Try a different word, or just ask us.
Ask it directly and we will answer honestly, even if the answer is no.
Written to be read. If anything here is unclear, ask and we will explain it in plain language.
When you contact us through this site we collect the name, email, company and message you choose to give. We collect basic analytics about visits — pages viewed, rough location by country, device type and how you arrived — which is not tied to your name.
To reply to you, to prepare a proposal, and to understand which parts of this site are useful. We do not sell data to anyone and we do not build advertising profiles of you.
Enquiries are kept for two years so we can pick up a conversation later. Analytics are kept for fourteen months. Client project data is kept for the length of the contract and six years afterwards where tax law requires it.
Only the tools we need to run the business — hosting, analytics, email and accounting providers. Each is bound by its own data agreement and none receive more than they need.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@revenanttech.co and we will act within thirty days.
Where we build or run a system for you, the data inside it is yours, not ours. We access it only to do the work you asked for, and we hand it over in full whenever you ask.
Every project runs on a written scope that sets out what is included, what it costs and when it will be delivered. That document is the agreement; this page covers everything around it.
Projects are billed at milestones, typically forty percent to begin, thirty at design sign-off and thirty at launch. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due within fourteen days.
Anything outside the written scope is quoted before it is built. You approve it or you do not; we will not invoice for work you did not agree to.
On final payment, all code, designs and assets created for you are yours outright. Third-party tools keep their own licences. We may reference the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
We fix defects free for thirty days after launch. That covers things not working as scoped; it does not cover new features or changes you have since asked for.
Either side can end a retainer with thirty days notice. For projects, you pay for work completed to that point and we hand over everything produced so far.
Our liability on any project is limited to the fees you have paid us for it. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.
Essential cookies that make the site work, and analytics cookies that tell us which pages are read. That is all — no advertising cookies are set by us on this site.
We use a privacy-respecting analytics tool to count visits and see which pages matter. It records a page view, a country and a device type. It does not follow you to other websites.
If you arrived here from one of our ads, the advertising platform may set its own cookie to record that. You can turn this off in your browser or in your Google and Meta ad settings.
Every browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking the essential ones may stop parts of this site working properly.
Real ranges, not "contact us for a quote". Every project still gets a fixed price in writing once we know what it is.
A marketing site that loads fast and converts. For brands who need to look serious online, quickly.
A real product — a mobile app, a storefront with proper stock, or a portal with logins and roles.
A custom CRM or operations platform your business runs on daily, with the audit trails to prove it.
Keeping what exists alive. For clients who own a finished build and want it watched.
Build plus marketing. The site keeps improving while campaigns bring people to it.
A dedicated slice of the studio. Design, build and marketing working as part of your team.
Five things account for almost every difference between a cheap build and an expensive one.
One public visitor is cheap. A visitor, a customer, a staff member and an admin means four sets of screens, four sets of permissions and four things to test. This is the single biggest driver.
Payments, balances and invoicing bring audit trails, refunds, reconciliation and edge cases. Worth every hour, but it is not a weekend of work.
A standalone build is predictable. Connecting to your accounting software, a dialer, a courier API or an old database adds discovery time before anyone writes code.
If copy, photos and product data are ready, we move fast. If we are writing and sourcing them, that is real work and we price it separately so you can choose.
Normal timelines are in the ranges above. Compressing them means more people on it at once, which costs more and rarely improves the result. We will say so if we think you are rushing.
Prices in US dollars, excluding tax. Payment by bank transfer, Wise or card, split across milestones.
Answer four questions and we will come back with a range within a day.
A call-delivery portal that replaced nightly WhatsApp reports and monthly arguments with a login clients check themselves.
They sold call transfers to call centres. Every night the owner exported the day's calls, worked out who owed what, and sent it on WhatsApp. Clients disputed calls from memory. Balances lived in a spreadsheet only one person understood.
The business was fine. The admin around it was eating the owner's evenings and every month ended in an argument about numbers nobody could prove.
A portal with two sides. Operators see every client, every call, the money in and out, and their own costs. Clients see only themselves — their calls, their recordings, their agents, their balance.
Every call is valid, dead air or repeat. Only valid is charged. Automatic rules mark short calls and duplicate numbers on import, so most disputes never happen.
Any change to a call, a price or a payment writes a permanent line — who, when, before, after, and what it was worth. Clients see the entries affecting them.
A client account cannot reach another client's data or the operator's costs, by design rather than by hidden buttons. We tested it rather than assumed it.
Six weeks from the first call to something our clients rely on daily. They log in, see everything, and trust the numbers — which means we spend our time selling instead of explaining.
That is usually the sign a system would pay for itself inside a year.
Four clients in a row paid for licences they used about a tenth of, then paid us again to work around the rest. Here is the arithmetic that changed our minds.
Buy the platform, get a hundred features on day one, configure it to your business. It sounds like the safe option, and for a sales team following a normal pipeline it often is. The trouble starts when your business does something the platform has never heard of.
A call centre selling transfers does not have deals and stages. It has agents, dispositions, prepaid balances and recordings. None of that exists in a standard CRM, so you bend the platform: a custom field here, an automation there, a spreadsheet on the side for the part that will not bend at all.
Take a twenty-seat team on a mid-tier plan. The licence is real money every month, forever, and it rises when you add people. Then add the consultant who configures it, the integrations that connect it to the tools it does not natively support, and the hours your staff lose to a workflow that nearly fits.
Two years in, three of those four clients had spent more on licences and workarounds than a custom build would have cost outright — and they still did not own it.
That last part is the one people underestimate. At the end of it you have paid for years and own nothing. Stop paying and the system stops.
We are not against platforms. If your process is genuinely standard, if you need it live next week, or if you have no one to maintain a custom system, buying is the sensible answer and we will tell you so.
The moment you find yourself explaining your business to the software rather than the other way round, the maths flips. Especially where money moves through it — billing, balances, commissions — because those are exactly the parts platforms handle generically and you handle specifically.
Our rule of thumb: if three years of licences plus workarounds exceeds the build cost, and the process is core to how you make money, build it. Otherwise buy it and get on with your day.
We start every conversation by trying to talk clients out of a custom build. If a platform fits, we say so and help them configure it. If it does not, the scope we write shows both numbers side by side, over three years, so the decision is theirs with the arithmetic visible.
Send us the process and we will do the three-year comparison with you.
No forms that vanish into a queue. Whoever replies is the person who would run your project.
Briefs, quotes, partnerships and anything with detail. Read by Rehman, replied to the same working day.
Build a brief in a minute and get a range back within a day.
Open the briefBugs, changes and anything already live. Retainer clients get same-day; everyone else next working day.
Where most of the building happens. Visits by appointment — message first and we will send the address.
For UK and European clients who prefer a local number and overlapping hours.
It takes about a minute and saves us both the back and forth.
